How do I access the webinar content after purchase?
When you purchase a webinar, you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF attachment. Inside the PDF, you'll find a link to access the private YouTube page where the webinar is hosted.
I did not receive my download link. What do I do?
The download link can take up to 10 minutes to be delivered to your email box. Also, be sure to check your Spam and Trash folders. If you still haven't received it, you can always download it manually via our E-commerce site. Simply login with your receipt email and navigate to your purchases. If you are still having problems, please email us at info@teachingkitchens.org
Can I share the PDF or YouTube link with others? No, the PDF containing the link to the private YouTube page is intended for personal use only and should not be shared. Each purchase grants access for a single user.

What should I do if the YouTube link in the PDF is not working? If you encounter any issues with the YouTube link provided in the PDF, please email us at info@teachingkitchens.org with a description of the problem. We'll investigate and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Is there an expiration date for accessing the webinar content? Once you've received the PDF with the YouTube link, there is no expiration date for accessing the webinar content. You can view it at your convenience as long as the YouTube video remains available.
Can I download the webinar video from the private YouTube page? No, the webinar video hosted on the private YouTube page cannot be downloaded. It is accessible only through the provided link and should be viewed online.
Do I get free access to webinars as a TKC Member?
Yes, but it depends on your membership type. Professional members can enjoy unlimited live webinar access, using the discount code provided through Hylo (note: this discount code only applies for live webinar registration, not for on-demand webinar recordings). Organization members can enjoy free access to both live webinars (using the code provided through Hylo) as well as webinar recordings, which are available to Organization members on the TKC Member Portal Video Library.
